You are an experienced Native Mobile Developer, a Senior- or Lead-level expert, who can work independently in customer projects and trust your own expertise. You enjoy working with mobile applications end-to-end: designing, developing, and improving applications that fully utilize the capabilities of modern mobile devices.
You understand the strengths of native development (performance, smooth user experience, and deep hardware integration) and know how to build applications that feel polished and reliable for end users. You are also able to share your knowledge and best practices in a practical and understandable way.

What kind of expertise are we looking for
At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development
Strong experience in iOS development (Swift / Objective-C) or Android development (Kotlin)
Experience building and maintaining native mobile applications in production environments
Understanding of mobile architectures and modern development best practices
Experience with API integrations and backend connectivity
Ability to consider performance, usability, and application lifecycle management

Possible responsibilities
Designing and developing native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
Implementing user interfaces according to platform-specific best practices and guidelines
Integrating mobile applications with backend systems and APIs
Utilizing device capabilities such as camera, GPS, and sensors
Ensuring application performance, quality, and usability
Maintaining, improving, and publishing applications to app stores
Collaborating with developers, designers, and customers to build modern mobile solutions

You are an experienced Cross-Platform Mobile Developer, a Senior- or Lead-level expert, who can work independently in customer projects and rely on your own expertise. You enjoy working with mobile applications end-to-end: designing, developing, and maintaining modern mobile solutions across multiple platforms using a shared technology stack.
You have strong experience with technologies such as Flutter or React Native, and you understand the benefits of cross-platform development: faster development cycles, shared codebases, and consistent user experiences across platforms. You know how to build applications that work smoothly on both iOS and Android without compromising usability or performance.
You are also able to share your knowledge and best practices in a practical and understandable way. You may be looking for your next full-time role or your next freelance project.

You might be a software developer, project manager, cybersecurity specialist, cloud expert, or UI/UX designer — or your title might be something entirely different. What matters most is that you operate at the Senior or Lead level, are comfortable taking responsibility within projects, and trust your own expertise. You want to use your skills to help our clients succeed in their IT initiatives.

The recruitment process and salary
We review every application and respond to all candidates. We’ll get to know you through your CV or LinkedIn profile and review our current projects. If we see a potential match, now or in the near future, we’ll invite you for an introductory meeting.
When a potential matching client project is found, and the client is interested in your expertise, they typically conduct one or two interviews before making a final decision. If the client selects you as their consultant, we’ll proceed with the necessary agreements, either an employment contract or a subcontracting agreement, if you prefer to work as an entrepreneur.
Compensation is based on experience and project scope, typically ranging from 5000 € to 8000+ € per month. You can choose between a fixed salary or a model based on billable hours. As a subcontractor, hourly rates typically range from 60-100+ € per hour.

Please note: At the moment, most of our projects require the consultant to be based in Finland and fluent in Finnish. Depending on the project, the client may require on-site work, although many assignments also offer hybrid or fully remote work options.
